Q1: How do we proceed?
A.Customers submit designs, specifications, etc. and we check on designs and discuss with customers if there anything needs to be amended.
B. We will send back designs for your approval and check if it’s ok with all cost offers.
C. Customers make payment and production will be started.
D. Once production is finished, shipping will be arranged and the tracking number will be updated.
Q2: How long is the lead time?
Lead time is about 10-15 working days and shipping usually takes about 7-15 days.
Q3: If there are some problems with the products I received, what could I do?
A.If you provide wrong info and confirm wrong artwork or production plan, we are not liable for this.
B.If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, then we will be responsible for this.
Q4: Can I make sample before bulk production?
Yes, there are some free samples that could be offered, but if you need to get in hand to check the quality, then need your help to pay for the shipping fee.
If you want to custom your own designs, then there may be a sampling fee.
Q5: How do I get a quote?
Price depends on specification (size, technique, quantity, packaging, etc.), please provide the info requested so that we could quote for you.
